The Business Data Analyst will understand customer behavior based on various operational and digital data, improve customer experience, enhance digital performance, and support data-driven decision-making through data analysis.
This role involves building and operating customer data analysis environments, developing and operating analysis models for customer segmentation and behavior prediction, and supporting leadership with data-based decision-making through operational dashboards.
