Base: $118,000 - $160,000; Bonus/Equity: Twice annual bonus opportunities plus profit sharing; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, 401k, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Architect license required
10+ years experience in sports venues
Leadership of multi-discipline teams
Technical guidance on complex projects
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Nice-to-have
LEED accreditation preferred
Experience with sustainable design certifications
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Mentoring next generation leadership
Familiarity with WELL Building Standard
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
Proven performance directing delivery across all phases
Expert knowledge of accessibility codes and building systems
