Job Summary
Process all orders efficiently, accurately and in line with policies and procedures, and handle and close customer complaints on time.
Build relationships with key customers and act as a point of reference for Sales Teams for all issues relating to the order process and distribution.
Attend relevant training courses to develop skills and increase knowledge of Diversey products required to carry out the role.

Fluency in English required
Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia preferred
