Job Summary
As an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse you will be working directly with our patients when they come in the office with coordination of care by helping process phone messages, doing patient outreach, providing education to patients, preforming procedures within skill set, closing care gaps, and doing outreach for ER follow-ups.
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
Banner Medical Group provides both primary and specialty care throughout the communities in which Banner Health operates.
