Job Summary
This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.
Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies, keeping area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, including delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions.
