This role serves as the primary technical authority for the Sentinel portfolio's mechanical engineering across multiple defense products including radars and missiles.
The position requires leading staffing needs, managing risks, and ensuring successful system design and integration across various IPTs and CPTs.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret security clearance and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in radar production.

Salary
Base: $118,300 - $224,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off
