• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical or regulated packaging engineering
• Experience leading packaging qualifications on automated lines
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and global packaging regulations
• Skilled in CAD or packaging design software
