Key responsibilities include facilitating resident moves, observing and reporting on resident conditions, assisting with personal care and hygiene, and providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills

Sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g., lifting/transferring clients)
Provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check
