Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for transporting behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working as a caregiver when not on appointments.
  • You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected violations or incidents promptly.
