Base: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour; Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus (50% after 90 days, 50% after 1 year); Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and retirement match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support certification
Fabrication of assistive devices and splints
