Job Summary
The Client Relationship Specialist role is responsible for service and managing our client’s day to day expectations along with working with the Client Development Specialist to sell and assist in the sales of different types of insurance.
Responsibilities include supporting new builder membership applications, training clients on database functionality, making renewal calls, and collecting fees.
