Job Summary

  • Lead sourcing processes end-to-end, including supplier identification, RFPs, bid evaluations, and onboarding.
  • Manage suppliers across facility services and support procurement for capital projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to review and execute contracts, building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience in regulated environments strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (fully bilingual)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
