The Senior Payroll Analyst will partner closely with HR, People Operations, Finance, and external payroll providers to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services across multiple EMEA countries.
Key responsibilities include managing monthly and ad-hoc payroll cycles, compiling and validating payroll inputs, submitting data to third-party vendors with 100% accuracy, and performing detailed payroll reconciliations.
The role emphasizes process excellence and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation and leading or participating in payroll-related projects and initiatives.
