Improve living conditions for families affected by floods in Álamo, Veracruz, through ecosystem management training and input delivery to restore basic environmental conditions and ensure sustainable ecosystem management.
Strengthen community organization to guarantee successful implementation of the project goal to recover vegetation cover in affected areas through community participation, identifying production units and prioritizing those needing immediate attention to restart production.
Develop knowledge transfer processes, share experiences, and establish field training units to encourage the adoption of good agricultural practices, rational use of agro-inputs, biological pest and disease control, and the use of cover crops to facilitate aquifer recharge and reduce erosion.

Base: $13,000 - $15,000 monthly gross; Benefits: $2,518 monthly grocery vouchers + $700 monthly transport support + Life Insurance + SGMM + 30 days Aguinaldo

2 years experience in Álamo Veracruz agricultural crops (Citrus)
