Base: $21 per hour starting (range $19.15 - $28.72); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus or incentive plan; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Stand-up forklift operation experience
RF device scanning and sorting skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
Adherence to safety regulations and PPE
Safety harness usage with 400 lbs capacity
Nice-to-have
Positive demeanor and strong work ethic
Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly
Focus on improving system efficiencies
Comfortable in fast-paced changing environment
Team player committed to facility cleanliness
Key Requirements
1-3 years warehouse experience preferred
