Job Summary

  • This position will serve as the Lead Scrum Master for the C2BMC Battle Management Sensor Resource Management (BM/SRM) Product Team, providing Agile leadership and coordination across multiple Scrum teams supporting the BM/SRM software product.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with 8 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance
  • Strong background in supporting software engineering on DoD programs
  • Previous experience as a software engineer, systems engineer, or technical contributor
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple Scrum teams
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar
