  • Linux and SQL knowledge
  • Troubleshooting full stack web applications
  • Experience with APIs and Web Services
  • Customer-facing escalation management

  • Experience with financial planning software
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Implementation or support of software integrations
  • Experience using ELK or log aggregation tools

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years technical support experience
  • 2+ years support engineer with enterprise cloud software
  • Experience managing escalated cases across enterprise customers
  • Ability to communicate with users at all technical levels
  • Participation in global on-call rotation
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, or C#
