This role involves administrative, clinical, safety, and personnel functions including medication administration, care plan review, staff training, and participation in quality assurance and infection control programs.
The nurse will work collaboratively with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to ensure comprehensive care, maintain a safe environment, and support continuous staff development.
