We are recruiting into our Residential Building Consultancy team based in either London or Manchester.
We are looking for an outward-looking, ‘all-rounder’ Building Surveyor preferably with a residential sector track record, a strong sense of ‘team spirit’ and an ambition to deliver excellence.

Key Requirements
MRICS (building surveying) with proven experience
PQE in a commercial consultancy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Clean driving licence
Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
Strong verbal and numerical skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
