  • You will jointly lead Colleague Propositions & Policy, sharing accountability for Colleague Policy Standards, risk controls and budgets, ensuring standards remain compliant and effectively embedded across the Group.
  • The role requires someone who is adaptable and agile and very comfortable leading and providing clarity in times of ambiguity, with current priorities including supporting colleague mobility and transforming enterprise experience for sickness and absence.
