Job Summary

  • The EHS & Maintenance Manager is a multi-faceted role that encompasses the Environmental, Health and Safety function, along with facilities & equipment maintenance for the operations, including the tool room.
  • This role oversees all programs, audit/compliance, and continual improvement initiatives in these categories, including a high level of engagement in Kaizen events.
  • Design, implement, and execute site level maintenance and facilities plan including corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance processes to maximize machine reliability and capability.
