This role serves as the internal command center driving successful real-time operations and shipments for one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the US.
The engineer will conduct capacity analysis and supply-chain forecasting to proactively identify risks and execute corrective actions to mitigate them.

Base: $83,000 - $150,000; Bonus/Equity: MBO bonuses based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Mathematics
4+ years experience in lean manufacturing
Factory operations and capacity planning
Cross-functional project management skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice-to-have
Python and SQL knowledge preferred
Experience with Automated Manufacturing or Semiconductor FAB
Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) familiarity
Strong persuasive communication abilities
Proven track record in fast-paced environments
