Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical field / science preferred
Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience
High-volume production operations experience
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
FDA and GMP regulations implementation experience
Leading and developing non-exempt and exempt staff
Cross-functional work and influencing ability
Understanding of manufacturing constraints/bottlenecks
Lean Principles and Daily Management System understanding
