The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or vehicles, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds
Work night shift 11pm-7am schedule
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift nursing meetings
Experience with restorative procedures
Strong communication with inter-departmental staff
Ability to handle emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license for Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
CPR certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
