  • The Portfolio Engagement Lead (PEL) role is responsible for fostering strategic and business partnerships with key institutions across J&J Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) Oncology clinical development programs.
  • This role is accountable for shaping and driving unified and impactful institutional-level partnerships, agreements, and/or alliances, resulting in improved J&J IM operational predictability and site experience.
