  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the HR team, including managing office supplies, maintaining a systematic filing system, ensuring database accuracy, and preparing HR-related correspondence.
  • Handle benefits-related matters, including employee compensation, medical insurance administration, and the employee assistance program (EAP).
  • Assist in the planning and organization of staff engagement events and well-being activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
