APM Terminals is seeking a Process Controller (Pco) to monitor live operations, assist IT and technical departments with automated equipment settings, and train new staff. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to monitor live operations while serving as a sparring partner to IT and Technical departments for fine-tuning automated equipment.
  • Incumbents must proactively maintain efficient deployment of terminal equipment, perform sanity checks on plans, and resolve operational exceptions through root cause analysis.
  • This position offers opportunities to acquire enhanced knowledge of terminal operations and advance to roles such as Planning Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or IOC Supervisor.
