The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Candidates will receive a competitive hourly rate of $21-26/hr based on experience along with a monthly bonus plan and on-call stipend.
