  • The position involves managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety and infection control procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • Current unencumbered active RN license in state
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
