Base: $105,000.00 – $130,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave

2+ years supervisory experience in facilities management
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS technical expertise
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders

Key Requirements
Universal CFC EPA certification
