The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for developing strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit approximately 100-150 prospective donors for leadership gifts of $50,000 or more.
This role requires creating individualized solicitation plans that integrate unrestricted, restricted, endowment, annual, and capital gifts to support University-wide priorities.
Incumbents must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level donors while maintaining strict confidentiality.
