The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration in accordance with strict federal and state regulations.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required

Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
