Job Summary

  • The Workday Sr. Consultant, Compensation - Advanced Compensation & Benefits enables the HR team and HR business partners to make informed business decisions by providing timely, pertinent HR analytics/reporting and technology solutions.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining, refining and optimizing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits configuration within a global, standardized operating model.
  • We are looking for a Workday Senior Consultant to join our global People & Culture (P&C) Technology team, contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of our Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits configuration.
