Job Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering accurate, compliant and scalable payroll outcomes while actively managing payroll risk as the business grows.
You’ll lead and develop a team of Payroll Officers across brands, partner closely with Finance and People & Culture, and provide senior leadership with confidence that payroll systems, controls and compliance obligations are managed accurately and effectively.
Reporting to the VP Finance & Operations (Petal & Pup), this role sits at the intersection of payroll delivery, compliance, governance, and operational decision-making.
