Salary
Base: $87,990.00 - $163,410.00 USD (Massachusetts); Base: $90,160.00 - $167,440.00 USD (Boston); Bonus/Equity: Incentive programs tied to business and individual performance available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years IAM or CIAM experience
Hands-on IBM Verify (ISAM) expertise
Hybrid on-prem and Azure deployment skills
Authentication and federation implementation
Incident troubleshooting and performance optimization
Nice-to-have
Experience with large-scale CIAM platforms
Knowledge of multi-factor authentication solutions
Understanding of hybrid identity architecture patterns
Background in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to non-containerized deployment models
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5-7 years of experience in IAM/CIAM roles
Quantified hands-on experience with IBM Verify
Experience supporting identity solutions in Azure cloud
