Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the OTC workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections.
Ensure global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements by leading process design workshops and approving future-state designs.
Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams, driving adoption of standardized OTC processes and continuous improvement cross-functionally.
