Payroll or Financials domain experience
Leading consulting teams
Workday or similar cloud applications
Bilingual communication in Spanish and English
Consultant onboarding and performance management

Key Requirements
5+ years functional Payroll or Financials experience
5+ years leading consulting or implementation teams
Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English
