The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing quality leadership, particularly in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and will play a vital role in enhancing quality processes and culture within the organization
Job Summary
Provide strategic and tactical leadership in the development and implementation of world class quality policies, programs, and procedures in support of overall operational goals and strategic objectives.
Drive cultural change focused on “building quality in” vs. an inspection-oriented approach.
Establish and direct an overall vision and direction for the daily operations of the quality function, including auditors, analysts, metrology technicians, and all associated testing procedures and record maintenance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in technical, manufacturing, or related discipline
7+ years experience in a manufacturing quality leadership position
Strong knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma
Knowledge and functional experience in an ISO Quality Management Systems environment
Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
