We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Automotive Sales Manager to lead our automotive division and oversee branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the branch team. While this role includes branch management responsibilities, the main emphasis will be on strategic business growth and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for the automotive product lines. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket, workshops, distributors, and fleet customers. Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand our client base through proactive account management. Analyses market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive informed sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns or product launches. Oversee pricing strategies, quotations, and tender submissions to optimize profitability. Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting to ensure accurate business planning. Branch & Team Management Supervise the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency in sales, logistics, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and develop the branch personnel—including sales, counter, and admin teams—to achieve collective goals. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive, industrial, or distribution sector. Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing sales teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
