Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will be responsible for reporting all changes in residents’ condition, recording entries in notes and incident reports, and reporting accidents and incidents.
This role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal assistance, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
