Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership skills
Five (5) years manufacturing experience
Sufficient reading and writing ability
Basic math skills
Sufficient Manual dexterity
Sufficient visual acuity
Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and walking
Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
