Job Summary

  • The experienced Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for assisting physicians with the evaluation and management of all members presenting to the Health Center, and is a critical partner in our Health Centers.
  • You will conduct assessments, assist in the development of care plans and coordination of care, and assist in implementing physician orders.
  • This role requires a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, bilingual in Spanish, current licensure as an LPN/LVN, and at least one year of experience in a Clinic or Physician's office.
