Job Summary
As an expert, you will lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will own the technology and process, centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget for the line/s, developing and executing preventive maintenance plans.
You will build the technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, spending at least 50% of your time coaching and developing the team.
