Job Summary
To monitor & control all IT Asset such as PC, Laptop & other IT Equipment and prepare documentation of all IT distribution.
To prepare monthly IT Asset & Expenses report and weekly IT incident & request report, ensuring user requests are escalated appropriately and meet Service Level Resolution.
To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974), alongside monitoring and coordinating departmental Kaizen, 5S & Noggin.
