Base: $98,000.00 - 131,000.00; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time-off included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years experience in global event planning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
End-to-end event logistics management
Budget development and financial tracking
On-site leadership and crisis management
Nice-to-have
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) accreditation
Experience with B2B aerospace industrial sectors
Cross-cultural collaboration skills
Fluency in additional languages

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
4 years experience if no degree
