Mdcrecruiting is seeking a Data Business Partner to serve as a liaison between data teams and business areas, focusing on data-driven decision-making and improving public services. Job Summary

  • Act as a primary liaison between data teams and business areas, enabling collaborative facilitation and guiding data-driven decision making.
  • Translate business priorities into data needs, build analytics capability within business teams, and ensure data products are fit for purpose and used effectively.
  • In the short-term, this position will be focused on GTM & SIP processes, including managing the GTM/commercial experimentation portfolio and owning the SIP product run cadence.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a matrix environment (healthcare/pharma preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery
  • Master’s degree a plus
