Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Investment Banking and / or Private Equity experience
  • Minimum 3 years of M&A deal transactional experience in international market (US or Europe preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Infrastructure sector
  • Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
