The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for supporting Wolters Kluwer North America FCC divisions in supporting and implementing projects, and is actively involved in the delivery of KPI targets including unapplied cash.
This role is responsible for proactively managing cash application projects/improvements for multiple business units, including daily cash application functions, weekly cash reporting, and successful resolution of unapplied and unidentified customer payments.
Essential duties include leading and driving new opportunities in process optimization and technology, providing regular updates to management, identifying process improvements, and ensuring effective coordination with Wolters Kluwer and third-party providers.
