Key Requirements

Experience with Service Level Agreements management
ITIL Certification
1 or more Microsoft Certifications (MCSE or similar)
15 years of IT experience
10 years in a management position
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent
