Manages projects by developing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring milestone achievement, and providing frequent updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Leads value improvement programs, coordinates system updates, tracks project progress, owns project saving targets, and builds a KPI, problem & project system loop.
